Data Subject Application

You may submit requests concerning your rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 through the channels below, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Channels of Application

  • In writing: You may deliver your wet-signed petition, together with a copy of a document evidencing your identity, to the data controller's address in person, or send it through a notary.
  • By e-mail: You may send it from the e-mail address registered in our records to yavuzerdogan@hotmail.com.
  • By registered electronic mail (KEP): You may send it signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature.

Required Contents of the Application

  • Name, surname and, if the application is in writing, signature
  • For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the national identity number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number or identity number if any
  • Residential or workplace address for service
  • E-mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any
  • The subject of the request
  • Information and documents relating to the matter

Response Time

Your request is concluded free of charge as soon as possible according to its nature and within thirty days at the latest. If the operation additionally requires a cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.

Complaint to the Board

If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning of the response and in any event within sixty days of the date of application.
